In autumn 2019 the partnership of authorities within Central Lancashire worked on the establishment of a Central Lancashire Developer Forum.
A Developer Forum is a platform for meaningful engagement with a collective body of organsiations operating in Lancashire and across the North West that work in the development sector and who are stakeholders to the Central Lancashire Local Plan. These include statutory agencies, registered social housing providers, commercial developers, land and property consultants as well as site promoters.
The inaugural meeting of the Central Lancashire Developer Forum was on Thursday 5th December 2019 by pre-arranged invitation only.

Inaugural Event
The first meeting of the Developer Forum took place on Thursday 5th December 2019 centred on Business Growth and Engagement.
