Chorley Council, Preston City Council and South Ribble Borough Council submitted the Central Lancashire Local Plan to the Planning Inspectorate for Examination in Public pursuant to Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 on Monday 30 June 2025.
