Chorley Council, Preston City Council and South Ribble Borough Council submitted the Central Lancashire Local Plan to the Planning Inspectorate for Examination in Public pursuant to Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 on Monday 30 June 2025.
Those who made representations at Regulation 19 consultation stage (From Mon 24 February 2025 (2pm) to Mon 14 April 2025 (Midnight)) will be notified that the Plan has been submitted and will be informed that all the documents prescribed by the Regulations have been listed and made available both on the Council’s website and at deposit points listed below from 12pm Friday 4th July 2025:-
